Had lunch at this soup shop located on the 4th floor of Amara Hotel Foodcourt. The shop sells 3 types of double boiled soup daily. Except for the herbal chicken soup (which is available daily), the other 2 types of soup are changed daily.
I loved all their soup for its full flavour and that no msg is being added at all. But how can the soup taste so nice when no msg is being added? The owner interviewed mentioned that all her soup are boiled for hours and she uses lots of ingredients in her soup to achieve the taste.
Other than soup, the shop also sells side dishes which are not oily and also without msg. The taste is pleasantly nice and you get to taste the original flavour of the food. Very light and you do not get a greasy aftertaste in your mouth at all. I really love it very much.
