My Valentine’s Day Presents

ED and I had sort of agreed on not getting each other any presents but just to have a simple meal together on Valentine’s Day. But I still got him a box of Korean Strawberries gift packed in a heart shaped box. The strawberries don’t come cheap. 24 pcs for $12.

But he surprised me with an even more expensive present than my strawberries. I really did not expect a new handphone for Valentine’s Day. But it’s really sweet of him as my current one is giving me some problems.

He also got me a bouquet of flowers (half dozen of large red roses)

We hadn’t really celebrated Valentine’s Day for years and was kinda touched by his gesture.

A Trip to The Nursery for CNY Plants

Had an early reunion dinner with my parents last weekend. After dinner, we went to the nursery to get some nice plants/ flowers to decor the house for Chinese New Year.

This nursery is located at Jalan Kayu and is popular with the residents staying nearby.

Saw lots of flowering plants in the nursery.

Asked my mom what are these tiny red, orange yellow fruit growing on this plant. She told me it’s a type of chilli. So cute
